  • To get started, select a plan from above and select the “Subscribe” button.
  • From there, you’ll be taken to the Account Sign Up page where you will create an account.
  • After your account is created, you’ll be prompted to select a subscription plan.
Updgrades
  • Upgrade Anytime – You can upgrade any time from within your account.
  • You can upgrade from any plan to a higher plan.
  • You can upgrade from monthly to annually.
 
Downgrades
    • We do not offer the ability to downgrade from a higher subscription to a lower subscription.
    • Due to the sensitive nature of contracts and to ensure that no contracts or data is lost, we only allow the ability to upgrade between subscriptions.
    • In order to downgrade, a new subscription will need to be created and data will need to be migrated over.
  • Select a plan that meets your contract management needs.
  • As a good starting point, consider the number of contracts you currently have and scale up to a higher plan from there.

Currently all data is stored in the United States. As we expand into other regions, we will have additional options for where your data is stored. Due to various city, state, local, and national regulations, please consider this before subscribing.

  • Select the “Contact Us” button under the Enterprise plan and we’ll work with you to understand your needs and get you setup right away.
 
Option 2 – Start Right Away
  • For those who want to get started right away, subscribe to any plan above and you can start using Revnue right away.
  • Visit Our Upgrade Request Page and complete the online form.  A member of our team will reach out to you and help you with the upgrade.
  • Any payments you made will be applied to the Enterprise plan.
The easiest way to add more contracts to your account is to upgrade to a higher plan.

We include support for contracts up to 50 pages by default. If you have a contract that is over 50 pages, we will count that contract as an additional contract for every additional 50 pages.

For example: If you have the Starter subscription and purchase Advanced Onboarding Services, we will onboard up to 100 Contracts, up to 50 pages in length per contract. If you have a contract that is 75 pages, we will count that as (2) contracts.  Now the maximum amount of contracts we will onboard is 99.

Every paid plan includes unlimited users. We encourage you to invite your teams to accelerate your adoption of Revnue and begin your transformation.

We take security very seriously. Every paid plan includes Single Sign-On and allows you and your teams to sign in with your existing Microsoft or Google accounts.

If you have two-factor authentication enabled on those accounts, you can continue to use it to login to Revnue.

If you do not have two-factor authentication enabled on your Microsoft or Google account, you can leverage the two-factor authentication built into Revnue for added security.

At Revnue, we strive to create quality software and we appreciate your business.

Monthly Subscriptions:

You may cancel your month to month subscription anytime and your service will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds for any month to month subscriptions.

Annual Subscriptions:

You may cancel your annual subscription anytime and your service will remain active until the end of the current annual billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds for any annual subscriptions.

  • You can save money by choosing or upgrading to an Annual subscription.
  • By committing to a longer term commitment, we offer 10% off annual subscriptions over monthly subscriptions.
  • You will also be protected from any price increases during your active annual subscription.

The trial period lasts for 7 days after you sign up.  You’ll have the ability to test out the platform with a limited number of contracts, assets and suppliers. During and after the trial is over, you will have an option to upgrade to a paid account. If you choose not to upgrade after the trial period, you will lose access to your account.
