What is Managed Onboarding?

Managed Onboarding is a managed service that Revnue offers to new and existing customers who want to quickly bring their contract data into Revnue. Our managed service was designed to help you derive value faster, help drive strategic decision making and transformations, as well as optimize costs and provide greater visibility.

New Customers

Managed onboarding is designed for new customers using Revnue for the first time. As a new Revnue customer, we can take care of onboarding your contracts, assets, and suppliers. We realize each customer's contract workflows are different, so we give each onboarding customer (12) months to complete their onboarding. That means, for you first year, we have you covered for every new or existing contract.

After your order is processed, you will receive an email to schedule an onboarding call to discuss and build your custom onboarding plan.

Onboarding Begins

Once your contracts are uploaded, our Engineers and AI-Platform will begin extracting metadata from your contracts.  As progress is made, you’ll be asked to verify the data is accurate.  You have 1-year from the date you purchased managed onboarding to submit new contracts (up to your purchased subscription amount).

Ongoing Support

As your need to add more contracts increases, visit our Pricing and Plans page to purchase additional services, or consider moving to our Contract Management as-a-Service offering for a fully managed service.

Existing Customers

Managed onboarding for existing customers works in much of the same way as new customers. You have (12) months of service to onboard new or existing contracts, or have us finish onboarding existing contracts. designed for new customers using Revnue for the first time. As a new Revnue customer, we can take care of onboarding your contracts, assets, and suppliers. Do I need to be an existing Revnue customer first?


Yes, you must be an existing Revnue customer first before purchasing Advanced Onboarding Services.

Where is my data stored?

Due to various  city, state, local, and national regulations, please consider this before subscribing.

How long will it take to onboard my contracts?

The time to complete onboarding your contracts will depend on a number of factors, including:

  • The number of Contracts, Assets, and Suppliers you need onboarded
  • The time it takes for us to receive your contracts
  • Other customers or engagements in the onboarding queue

 

During the onboarding process, you don’t need to wait until all the contracts are entered in to start seeing value. You will begin to see your contracts in your account within 1-2 business days.  Along the way, we’ll work with you to validate the information that was entered. 

What if one or more my contracts are more than 50 pages?

We include support for contracts up to 50 pages by default.  If you have a contract that is over 50 pages, we will count that contract as an additional contract for every additional 50 pages.

For example: if you have the Starter subscription and purchase Advanced Onboarding Services, we will onboard up to 100 Contracts, up to 50 pages in length per contract.

If you have a contract that is 75 pages, we will count that as (2) contracts.  Now the maximum amount of contracts we will onboard is 99.

What if I have an Enterprise subscription?

Enterprise customers will be provided with onboarding options after upgrading to Enterprise or when purchasing Enterprise directly.

What plans are eligible for Advanced Onboarding Services?

The following plans are eligible for Advanced Onboarding Services:

  • Starter
  • Pro
  • Teams
How many contracts will you onboard for me?

When you purchase onboarding services, we will onboard up to the maximum number of contracts, assets, or suppliers within those respective plans.

For example, if you purchased a Starter Plan, we will onboard up to 100 Contracts, 5,000 Assets, and 400 suppliers.

What happens if I don’t have that many contracts yet?

If you don’t have the number of contracts that your plan allows, don’t worry! We give you 1 year to submit additional contracts.  Anytime during that period, you can send us contracts, contract renewals, or other documents that you want stored inside Revnue and we will onboard them for you.

Where are the onboarding engineers located?

Our onboarding engineers are located throughout the United States and the Philippines.

I only want onshore engineers viewing my contracts. Is that possible?

Yes, this is possible for an additional 20% fee.

During the onboarding call, our Engineers will ask you to confirm that your contracts can be viewed and have their metadata entered from onshore (U.S.) or offshore (Philippines) resources. 

If you opt to have only onshore resources, you will be asked to pay an additional 20%.  If you decide that you only want onshore resources and are not able to pay the additional 20%, we will gladly refund your onboarding fees.
